In the ‘80s Luciano became representative of sunglasses in seaside towns and he realized that there weren’t any displays where sunglasses could be exhibited.
The only company that produced stands was French and so Luciano tried to reproduce the French mould by using a base for birdcages: he created his first display for sunglasses!

Luciano himself started producing the first displays in his basement. He produced not only the stands, but also he himself delivered the goods. The first two Italian customers were in Milan and Luciano had to deliver 36 stands once. But there wasn’t enough space in the trolley and so he had to make two trips to bring all the goods. His working day was very long!

Between the years 1987 and 1988 Luciano partecipated in Mido fair for the first time. During the fair, people were so excited with the new Italian displays that Luciano was completely swamped with orders.

During the following years Luciano worked very hard and he was obliged to hire staff in order to process all the orders he had. Morover, he moved and in the year 2000 he settled down in Asolo, via dell’Artigianato 2B.

After a roaring success, Luciano’s displays were copied from several other companies and the competition became to be very stiff. But Luciano always tried to find something new to propose to his clients, something that could satisfy clients’ needs. And this can be considered his strong point: Luciano has always listened to his customers and he has always done all he could in order to satisfy all their requests. Nowadays Luciano Bianchin’s displays are very appreciated not only in Italy but also abroad.
